Daar weet niemand iets van. Dat blijft tussen de muren.

Sollicitatiegesprek

Is een gewoon gesprek. Maar ik ben na al die jaren achter gekomen dat netwerken de uitkomst van een sollicitatie bepalen.

Functionerings- en beoordelingsgesprek

Gesprek met je vader en met je zoon

Het hangt allemaal af van de leeftijd en de leeffase waarin de deelnemers van het gesprek verkeren. In mijn geval is de communicatie ontwikkeld tot het zone praten precies weten wat we bedoelen en wat we gaan doen. Het is net de voetballer die elkaar blindelings vinden, na al sie jaren samen spelen.
