Gezond leven

Iedereen vind zijn gezondheid of zijn leven van zelfsprekend. Iedereen verwacht net als bijvoorbeeld Mandela op hoge leeftijd te sterven, na een mooi en indrukwekkend leven. Tot dat je in eens wordt geconfronteerd met ziektes en de dood. 

Als de meeste mensen het hebben over zorg, dan begint dat vaak na ziekte. We kunnen de switch van curatief naar preventie maar niet maken. Maar het is een kwestie van tijd. Het is een kwestie van opvouden.
