Jacob heeft er vaak naar verwezen. Zijn stelling is dat gesloten elite niet leidt tot ontwikkeling van het land. Het is abstract maar eens zag ik het zo. Op 10 maart 2014 zie ik de krant een artikel over het feit dat een groot accountantkantoor een topper had uitgenodigd en een gesloten seminar had gehouden over nieuw ondernemerschap. Hoe konden bijvoorbeeld kennisnemen van de inhoud? Het is uitsluiting.
