De dagen richting mei 2014

De dagen zijn stil. Op zondag lijkt niemand op straat. Het is niet alleen het feit dat er geen koopkracht is. Er heerst een onheilspellende stilte. Het lijkt op dat mensen op Curaçao nog steeds in shock zijn en bang. De minister president roept dat een plein en een boulevard vernoemt zullen worden af zijn vermoordde leider. Een leider die haat, verdeeldheid en verderf heeft gezaaid. En bijna niemand durft iets te zeggen. Men is bang. Leven we nog in een vrij land?
