Inleiding

Ik was blij te kunnen beginnen aan dit nieuwe boek, want het vorige boek "Bizar bestuur" was geen pretje. Het is niet leuk omhet bizarre zo expliciet te maken, maar het is wel noodzakelijk. Het was noodzakelijk om de noodzaak van verandering noodzakelijk duidelijk te maken. In dit boek wil ik uitleggen hoe goed bestuur mogelijk is. Het is misschien een utopisch boek, maar dat is wat we nodig hebben.
