Eens in de zoveel jaar...

Moet je jouw rijbewijs vernieuwen. Je moet naar de ontvanger rijden om een formulier de halen. Kosten: tien gulden. Je moet naar de huisarts om het formulier in te laten vullen. Kosten: tweeënveertig gulden. Ook uit eigen zak, want dat valt niet onder de verzekering. Je moet naar het bureau rijbewijzen. Kosten: vijfennegentig gulden. De ervaring is: "Priceless".

Waarom deze cyclus nodig is, is mij niet even duidelijk. Ik zie ook geen verbetering in het proces. Bijvoorbeeld: waarom kan het formulier niet gedownload worden? De kosten begrijp ik ook niet.

Je kunt het allemaal gewoon op tijd doen, anders moet je opnieuw rijexamen doen en ben je helemaal in de aap gelogeerd.
