Bario Curacao 3.0

De wijk, de bario, op Curacao kan beter.  Er zijn vele plannen om de bario leefbaar te maken.  Maar volgens mij is het heel  eenvoudig (3.0).  Laat de school, de kerk, de toko, het buurtcentrum en de sportvereniging in de bario aan tafel gaan zitten en met elkaar praten. Laat ze een keer per maand met elkaar praten en je zult zien wat er gebeurt.

Creeer een stageplek en laat men een website maken en onderhouden van de bario 3.0.
