Your kid is 3.0 and your are 2.0

You educate your kids about a world you barely know, the knowledge society. You talk about the cultural identity of the people and the independance of the nation.

Our schools are based on the industrial age.  Too slowly technology is being introduced.  Your kid hold more technology in his hand than the whole classroom.  And you expect him to concentrate too.

The problem is that the people in positions to make the desicions do not know what they are talking about and do not know that they do not know. They are people 2.0 from the industrial age. They think that because they use email they are in the infomation age.

Point is: 3.0 is here to stay.  The faster you upgrade, the better. The first step is to know that you do not know. Comunicate with the next generation: The generation Y and Z. Give all school access to the internet and give all kids a smart devise. Many believe that teachers should be prepared first.

What I present here will hapen.  Even if you try to stop it.  Look at China. China tried to control the internet. So my advise to you all: embrase ICT. Learn with your kids: it is the knowledge age.
