Het centrum moet op slot

Begin 2014 is het voor e zoveelste keer geprobeerd en is het weer mislukt. Ik doel hierbij op de poging om de niet elite uit de periferie te weren. Want omdat de periferie door het centrum is en/of wordt leeg gezogen gaan de uitgestotene het halen in het centrum. Het zijn niet alleen Antillianen, met nota bene een Europees paspoort die binnen willen, maar ook Afrikanen, bijvoorbeeld via Italiƫ, maar uit alle uithoeken van de periferie. En het is niet alleen Europa waar men binnen wil, maar ook de Verenigde Staten en andere delen van de periferie. Het op slot houden het centrum is big business.

Bonaire, Saba en Sint Eustatius dachten slim te zijn door 101010 te integreren in het centrum. Dat valt tot nu toe even vies tegen, want het heeft niet de verwachte welvaart gebracht.
