Generations
One of the collectivities a individual is part of is a generation. The collectivity of society is changing because the babyboomers are fading out and generation Z is intering moving in. A generation share a commen experience and set of values.
The generation gap will be very intense as the younger gerenations will blame the babyboomers for the ppor pension sytem and healthcare system, including the insurance of healthcare. This problem are a consequence poor governance and late policy intervention. The new generation will also blame the olders generation for the ecological problems.
