If we look at the Corruption Perception Index ranking of Transparency International of 2012, we see the following ranking.

Grenada

Guyana 113

Haiti 165

Montserrat

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines 36

Barbados and Bahamas score well. And the raking of Haiti, Guyana and Dominican Republic are alarming.  The ranking of Cuba is somewhat surprising.  The benchmark for the Caribbean SIDS is Singapore.  Singapore is ranked number 5.
