3.0

3.0 is hoewel men het niet direct zou denken, het resultaat van nieuwe waarden en normen.  Aandacht op geld en macht van de afgelopen decennia, leiden niet langer tot ontwikkeling, in tegen deel.  Het oplossen van de problemen van 2.0 kan alleen maar door meer aandacht op delen en colaboratie.

Er is al eerder nagedacht over Curacao 3.0. Een eerdere poging hiertoe uit 1997 werd aangeduid met 2020, Creating the Caribbean Future. Maar echte concrete aanwijzingen dat we op weg zijn, zijn er niet.  Wat dudelijk 2.0 niet voldoet.
